The Happy Co. is a cosy, inviting and friendly Holistic Wellness studio where everyone is welcome.

Come & switch off from the busy of life, with the intention to relax, restore, reconnect.

No matter which class you attend, in the blissful bubble of The Happy Co. studio you will enjoy deep relaxation in your body,
clarity of mind, and experience firsthand the kind of inner 'happy' that Reiki & Meditation can bring. 

All meditation classes offered are suitable for all levels.

Studio Location

The studio address is 2/11 Swan St, Hamilton - behind the Aldi Supermarket.

The studio entrance is via Hudson Street - directly opposite the Salvation Army Store and Paint Powerhouse.

The Happy Co. - Unit 2, 11 Swan Street Hamilton 2303.
(Upon booking you will receive detailed instructions on how to easily find the studio)

What to bring:
You don't need to bring anything!
The studio is full of bolsters, cushions & blankets to ensure your comfort during the practice,
whether you choose to sit or lie down. 

What to wear:
Comfort is key! Wear anything you like that's comfy to sit/lay down in.
